  • Choose Integration guides
  • Download the 3CX zip-file
  • Extract the file
  • Read the guide
  • Execute the tool
  • Restart the softclient
  • Download and install the Yealink USB connect software from the download page of the relevant headset
  • Plug the USB cable into the PC port of the WH and into the USB port of the PC

Yealink WH63 also brings wireless freedom with up to 120m wireless range and 8-hours talk time which is enough to cover daily communication needs. The headset supports high-density installation in the open office, which allows up to 200 users to communicate at the same time.

Yealink WH62 – Cost Effective Wireless Headset

This Yealink model is a DECT wireless headset available in dual and mono variants. Yealink WH62 is all about efficiency and comfort. It has similar features to Yealink WH63 such as acoustic shield technology, filtering out background noise by 2x microphones, matching 3CX and Teams. However, there are also multiple differences between the two models. Yealink WH62 is designed with soft leather ear cushions, adjustable headband, and two wearing styles for all-day comfort.

This headset does not aim to only ensure your comfort but also to enhance your productivity. Its 330° adjustable microphone arm features an intelligent mute zone. Once you raise the microphone arm within 30°, a mute function will activate automatically which allows you to switch to private conversations easy and convenient.  The external busylitght BLT60 is an option accessory you can purchase and use as a visual cue which indicates when you are on a call and helps to reduce interruptions.

Yealink UH34 Dual/Mono is a headset with ultra-lightweight design and the Lite version of this model weights 82.5g for the Mono and 118g for the Dual, which is up to 30% lighter than other headsets in the same range. This allows the user to wear Yealink UH34 all day without any discomfort or pressure
