Yellowgrid understands that sometimes goods can become faulty, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
Many customers attempt to return incomplete or non-faulty items. To avoid this, please read and understand our returns policy before requesting an RMA number using the form below.

We don't do advance replacements. If you require a replacement device before you can return the faulty one, please create a new return and quote your order number in the fault report so we can credit the returned item if it's found to be faulty.
