Returns Policy

Yellowgrid understands sometimes goods can become faulty, and we do our best to resolve the issue. Many customers attempt to return incomplete or non-faulty items. Please read our returns policy before requesting an RMA. Additions to the phone (e.g. curly cord, ethernet cable, hand piece, stand) are not covered under Fanvil's warranty.

We don't do advance replacements. If you require a replacement device before you can return the faulty one, please create a new return and quote your order number in the fault report so we can credit the returned item if it's found to be faulty.
