What is the Nurse Call system?
Based on SIP and IP protocol, the Fanvil Nurse Call system allows for an effective emergency call system accessible to patients and caregivers in vulnerable settings like nursing homes, clinics, hospitals and beyond.
Intentionally minimalist design makes it easy to install, deploy and manage for staff and other users.
In its recent Beta update from Alpha, the new system is packed with more new features to improve functionality.

Nurse call feature available from Y501 Series to Master Station A320/A320i
WC call in bathrooms by pressing the wireless/wired pull cord button of the KT30/KT31
Allows Emergency calling from wireless pendant KT10

The Fanvil Nurse Call System ensures clear information at a glance, with the Nurse Console Phone displaying room and bed numbers for incoming calls. Different colours and ringtones highlight call types for quick responses.
Supports connection to various devices. In emergencies, patients can easily initiate a call for help anytime, anywhere.
The system ensures multiple alert methods for quick responses, including door lights, corridor displays, amplified sounds, and handheld device forwarding, enabling caregivers to act efficiently.
The Fanvil nurse call system can be paired with the Device Link App for easy device information collection. Through Bluetooth, data syncs with the nurse console station A320i, allowing centralized configuration of extensions.
Integrates Fanvil broadcasting system and door phones, supporting emergency announcements, zone broadcasting, one-click calls, and remote door unlocking, reducing manpower and improving efficiency.
