Connectivity
The Yealink BH72 is seamlessly compatible with 3CX and Teams, as well as many other platforms. The headset comes with a pre-paired Bluetooth dongle, enabling the user to easily connect to their mobile phone or computer from the moment they receive the headset.
The headset can also be customised in different ways according to the different tastes via the mobile app ‘Yealink Connect’. This app is created to help you manage multiple Yealink USB devices and customise your headset in the best way for you.
Design
The Yealink BH72 has a modern and sleek designed, whilst remaining practical. This headset provides maximum comfort, with soft leather ear cushions and the hand band. Also it’s important to mention that the head band is adjustable, allowing users to alter and find the right fit. There’s a headset for everyone. Yealink have released this headset in two different colours: Grey & Black
The Yealink BH72, also offers two different versions:

- Yealink BH72 Lite (Without charging stand)

Unlike most of the wireless chargers, this one is compatible with different devices and can successfully charge your smartphone while the headset is hanging on the stand. Headset Controls
The controls can be found on the right side of the headset, and they include volume up, volume down, mute, and answer/end the call. There is also a visible busy light in ultra-wide angle, which activates by an incoming call as an additional alert. The light stays on for the duration of the call which informs colleagues and people around you, that you are busy.
Microphone
Yealink BH72 has a built-in noise-cancelling microphone. The model also has a hidden microphone arm. Once the microphone boom is pulled, it answers the phone call and guarantees professional sounding calls even when you are on the go. Like the built-in microphone, the retractable boom is also noise-cancelling and both microphones guarantee clear sound even in noisy environments. During the call, you are also able to slide the boom back in and still have a conversation.
Talk Time & Talk Range
The Yealink BH72 has a 40-hour battery life, which in most cases is enough time to cover one week’s working needs and it only takes 3 hours to wireless charge the handset, and up to 2h if you are charging it by cable. Another great feature is that if your schedule is busier than usual, you can still get up to 4-hours talking time by quickly charging the handset for just 5 minutes. The Yealink BH72 Lite, however, does not support wireless charging. The wireless range is 50-150 feet for the BH72 and slightly smaller for the Lite version – from 50 to 100 feet.
